Fried spaghetti pan

Today we do something for the lovers of meat-free cuisine. Per person we cook 1/4 pound of spaghetti - extremely al dente and without oil in the water!

In a - if possible iron pan - we give a teaspoon of butter and a dash of olive oil. In it we roast the Spaghetti good at. That means we put the noodles in the pan and do not stir anymore!

So if one side is crispy brown, turn it over (the noodles are generally good at sticking together). We also fry the second page a bit. Now we put on the crispy side some slices of tomatoes and eventl. a few rings of onions, give plenty of good mountain cheese on the whole and now put the pan in the oven for baking. In addition a fresh crack pot salad.

PS: You can vary with the "editions" to your own taste. For meat lovers eventl. a few slices of ham or even a little veal schnitzel, everything goes well and tastes great!
