  • 400 g of potatoes

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Juice and peel 1 lemon
  • Salt, paprika, pepper, sugar

  1. Cut the beef into fine cubes.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into chopsticks.
  3. Clean and slice the carrots.
