Frittata with minced pork, sheep's cheese and zucchini

This frittata is made fast, you only need one pan and has a delicious dish on the table! Have fun while copying.
Ingredients (for one person)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 80g chicken mincemeat
- 1/2 courgette
- 80g sheep's cheese
- some leaves of parsley
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Sauté the minced meat in oil for about 10 minutes, sheep's cheese and zucchini 5 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs thoroughly with the cream cheese.
- Pour this mixture over the minced meat, zucchini and sheep's milk cheese. Stir on a low flame for about 8 minutes.
- Carefully lift out of the pan with a spatula and sprinkle with coarsely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
The vegetables can easily be changed, depending on what you have in the house right now. Good Appetite!
