Frittata with minced pork, sheep's cheese and zucchini

This frittata is made fast, you only need one pan and has a delicious dish on the table! Have fun while copying.

Ingredients (for one person)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 80g chicken mincemeat
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 80g sheep's cheese
  • some leaves of parsley
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Sauté the minced meat in oil for about 10 minutes, sheep's cheese and zucchini 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk the eggs thoroughly with the cream cheese.
  3. Pour this mixture over the minced meat, zucchini and sheep's milk cheese. Stir on a low flame for about 8 minutes.
  4. Carefully lift out of the pan with a spatula and sprinkle with coarsely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

The vegetables can easily be changed, depending on what you have in the house right now. Good Appetite!
