TK gyros with mashed potatoes
The basic rule for the quantities is:
1 packet of Schmand per packet of TK gyros
We are 3 persons and for us we take
2x TK gyros (Lidl, Aldi)
2 cups of sour cream
First, I put the gyros in the pot and add the sour cream when it's done. Keeping Schmand under a low flame until he has completely mixed with the gyros.

First, I set the potatoes on the plate and then give the "meat sauce" directly on it. It may not be to the eye, but delicious.
