Frozen yoghurt with raspberries and blueberries

These sweet yogurt candies with fruits are really super fast and easy to make and a great healthy refreshment on warm days. You only need two ingredients per heart.

That's what you need

  • Praline mold or ice cube mold in heart shape
  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1 small bowl of raspberries
  • 1 small bowl of blueberries

preparation

  1. Wash the raspberries and blueberries. I cut the raspberries lengthwise, because the molds are rather small and the raspberries are usually too high? would.
  2. Fill the praline mold with the natural yoghurt. Make sure that you only make it about 3/4 full, so it does not overflow later when you lay the fruit on it.
  3. Now carefully push the raspberries and blueberries into the yoghurt, so that about half can still be seen.
  4. Put at least 1 1/2 h in the freezer and then the frozen yoghurt are also ready for snacking.

Through the fruits the bite-sized hearts taste nice and sweet. I sucked them because they are too cold when you bite directly. Simply eat or process the remaining berries. :-)
