I did not find this ancient tip here, but I did not want to withhold it from those who do not know it yet.
You need
Fruit dwarfs or a faux of it (both tastes almost the same anyway) ... skewers, if necessary, a spoon ... whatever.
Using a sharp pointed object, drill holes in the lids of the small quarks, then insert a skewer or similar.
Be sure to pre-drill, otherwise it can slip off and squirt.
Then freeze for a few hours ...
