Fruit flies under the sieve in the sink
I noticed that the small hungry fruit flies are flying over the sink. Since I unscrewed the sieve on the spout and made all the dirt there under the edge with a brush and cotton swabs. Also the sieve itself was scrubbed.
I suspect that the fruit flies are attracted by fruit and vegetable remains (do not have a dishwasher, so often rinse in the sink). Screw the sieve back on. Pour hot vinegar water in a sink. So far I have not seen a fruit fly there.
