Fruity cake from the baking tray


Preparation time: 20 min.
Cooking or baking time: 30 min.
Total preparation time: 50 min.

This morning a very fast cake had to come. I tried this recipe. Half of my fruit pie from the tin was cherries and half tangerine.



  • 1 cup of cream (200 ml)
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 375 g of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt


  • Fruit of your choice
  • 100 g of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 175 g of sugar
  • 2 sachets of almond flakes


  1. Mix the cream with the sugar and stir in the eggs.
  2. Mix baking powder and flour, fold in.
  3. Add salt and spread the dough on the baking tray.
  4. Distribute fruits on the dough of your choice.
  5. Boil butter, milk and sugar, fold in almonds. Spread this mass on the fruit.
  6. Bake at 170 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
