Fruity chocolate nougat cookies

The dough for this fspicy chocolate nougat cookies is stirred together very quickly and also baked. They are crunchy on the outside and soft and fruity on the inside - very tasty.


For about 20 pieces:

  • 1 banana
  • 225 g of nut nougat cream
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons of wholesome oatmeal
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 grams of cranberries
  • 50 g chocolate droplets (bittersweet)


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Crush the bananas with a fork and mix with nut nougat cream, flaxseed, cocoa, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt. Then mix the cranberries with the chocolate drops under the dough.
  3. Place small piles from the dough with sufficient distance on a tray lined with baking paper or baking foil.
  4. The baking time is 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. Then let the cookies cool briefly in the oven with the oven door open a little, only then they are carefully taken from the plate with a pallet, since they are still quite soft. Then they are left to cool on a wire rack.
