The dough for this fspicy chocolate nougat cookies is stirred together very quickly and also baked. They are crunchy on the outside and soft and fruity on the inside - very tasty.
ingredients
For about 20 pieces:
- 1 banana
- 225 g of nut nougat cream
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons of wholesome oatmeal
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 grams of cranberries
- 50 g chocolate droplets (bittersweet)
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Crush the bananas with a fork and mix with nut nougat cream, flaxseed, cocoa, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt. Then mix the cranberries with the chocolate drops under the dough.
- Place small piles from the dough with sufficient distance on a tray lined with baking paper or baking foil.
- The baking time is 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Then let the cookies cool briefly in the oven with the oven door open a little, only then they are carefully taken from the plate with a pallet, since they are still quite soft. Then they are left to cool on a wire rack.
