Fry the fish fingers without a stove

Fish fingers are great in the oven roast, then eliminates the stove cleaning. If you put the things in the hot fat, it always injects in all directions. Place the baking paper on the baking tray and brush with a thin layer of oil. Put the fish fingers on top and brush lightly with oil. Then preheat the oven (200 degrees) and fry for about a quarter of an hour on the middle rail, just make sure that they are not too dark. Preheating oven is useful here, I have found, because the rods are otherwise too mushy.
