Garlic Spaghetti

A tasty and fast dish.

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • approx. 50 g tomato paste (available from ALDI)
  • Oregano, basil, salt, pepper


Cook the spaghetti in water with a few drops of oil or a little butter. Chop the onion and garlic cloves and sauté in the olive oil (it is also normal plant oil). Then add the tomato paste. Season with oregano, basil, salt, pepper (there are also ready-made spice mixes "Italian" or "Mediterranean"), then the boiled spaghetti in the pot and stir everything until the pasta is evenly wrapped in the sauce.

If you want, you can "sharpen" the whole thing with chilli, tabasco or chopped peppers. It all takes about 15 minutes and tastes like the Italian.
