Georgia Tuna Salad

ingredients

  • 3 cans of tuna (in own juice and without oil)
  • 1 gr. Glass of mayonnaise (no light product)
  • 4 hard-boiled (10 minutes) eggs
  • 2 medium sized red onions
  • a little black pepper (no salt!)

preparation

  1. Open the cans, drain the water and place the fish in a bowl. Mince with fork.
  2. Then mix in the peeled and diced onions.
  3. Then the cooked and cooled eggs (otherwise a shock to the cold fish), diced or cut into the egg cutter, fold in.
  4. Finally, empty the mayonnaise completely in a bowl.
  5. Mash everything well and season with a little black pepper. But please DO NOT take salt, because the fish is salty enough. Finished!
  6. On a bread roll (fresh and crispy) or on toast, but please WITHOUT butter or margarine.

The dish looks like puked baby porridge, but it's really delicious! Try it!
