Get muffins out of shape
Dough stirred, filled, placed in the oven, brought out and the muffins want the best will not loose fluffy out of the mold. Now you can turn the tin around and trample on it or find a solution elegantly. The elegant solution consists of a wet kitchen towel on which the shape is turned off for a few minutes. The muffins can then with a little careful thrust (possibly with a fork "drunterfassen") rausholen without crumbling into their components.
