Ginger against freezing

Admittedly, I froze and as soon as I sit in a moderately warm room, I get cold from my feet to my waist. I feel like frozen and sometimes can barely touch, because the hands are icy cold. Now I'm in a really cool office where it's still cool and "foot cold". If the other colleagues moan before heat, I freeze even in the summer.

Home is in the dire need sometimes even an apple mulled wine rescue, but in the office that is not possible. Of course, I drink gallons of hot tea, which, unfortunately, uses little. With the Google search I have then found the tip of other freezing cats that you should brew fresh ginger and that actually helps! At the spice stall on the market I bought dried ginger and that works too. The spices in the supermarket, there is also a granulate, but that was (as far as I remember) more expensive than the dried.

If you do not know ginger, you should know that the brew becomes quite spicy if you let it go longer, but you can change that with sugar or sweetener.

Incidentally, ginger is also good for colds and coughs!
