Ginger clove tea

Now it is back, the cold season. And who does not usually catch a cold or other bacilli? I have something nice! It makes you feel warm and the viruses and bacilli start to jet out!

To prepare the ginger clove tea, you need: about a 2-3 cm piece of fresh ginger, 3 - 5 whole cloves, 1 or 2 teaspoons honey.

Peel the ginger, cut it into small pieces and fill it together with the cloves, a tea-egg or a tea bag (there in the drugstore, etc.). And off in a cup, should be a bigger one. Then bring the water to a boil and pour it into the cup so that it is almost full, add the honey and leave for at least 15 minutes! Drink the tea while it is still warm.

I have the experience, as soon as an infection, announces sniffling (and also in puies), the tea proves very good. On a runny-free time!
