Ginger tea promotes digestion

Rub the fresh ginger into the water, boil it up for a few minutes - the brew, that is ginger tea, is great for digestion. It contains a lot of fiber, and you immediately feel that the bowels are starting to work. Act gently without having to rush on the toilet.

(But beware: some may take more care after that ...)

The ginger tea also warms, tastes refreshing (I like sweetened or with honey), and is very gentle on the stomach.

I like to give a thumb-sized piece per cup, might taste too strong for some? but you can always dilute.
