gingerbread-muffins

Ingredients (for about 18 pieces):

  • 175 g of flour
  • 90 g of sugar
  • 50 g according to almonds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1/2 tsp gem. cloves
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 90 g of liquid butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

preparation

  1. Mix the liquid ingredients (sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk, butter and honey).
  2. Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, almonds, spices, baking powder and cocoa).
  3. Put the dough into the molds (note: relatively liquid) and bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
