gingerbread-muffins
Ingredients (for about 18 pieces):
- 175 g of flour
- 90 g of sugar
- 50 g according to almonds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1/2 tsp gem. cloves
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml of milk
- 90 g of liquid butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa
preparation
- Mix the liquid ingredients (sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk, butter and honey).
- Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, almonds, spices, baking powder and cocoa).
- Put the dough into the molds (note: relatively liquid) and bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
