Here is a super quick and easy recipe of gingerbread. Preparation time approx. 5 minutes Baking time approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C convection oven.


  • 300 g of flour
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 1 P. baking powder
  • 1 P. vanilla sugar
  • 200 g according to nuts
  • 1 P. gingerbread spice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 150 g of liquid butter
  • 4 eggs


In a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, gem. Mix nuts and gingerbread spice well.

Then in another bowl stir the eggs, the honey, the milk and the liquid butter with the electric whisk until foamy and gradually add the "flour mixture".

Mix everything together well and pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake in the oven at 180 ° C with circulating air (about 200 ° C upper-lower heat) for about 20 minutes and the gingerbread is ready.

If you like, you can still sprinkle the gingerbread with chocolate icing.
