Glass noodle salad with meat

Ingredients:

2 small kohlrabi
1 pepper
2 carrots
Meat on request (best of beef)
1 pck of glass noodles
1 tbsp tomato paste (ketchup)

Cut vegetables into strips. Cut the meat into small pieces and sauté briefly in oil. Then add the chopped vegetables. Season with ketchup, salt, pepper and garlic (if you like it spicy, you can add a little pepperoni). Fry everything together until the meat is cooked. Cook the glass noodles according to instructions and cut into small pieces. Give everything together and maybe taste again.

Tip: Can be served cold and warm,
