Whoever has to do without gluten like me, has a really hard time. Unfortunately, so many delicious things contain the bad gluten. That is why it is often only gluten-free to buy or become active. Unfortunately, everything is still not gluten-free.

Since I got a taste of meatballs through a tip here on TheFruitAndFlowerBasket, I thought to myself, you just try it ANDERS ...


And what should I say!? (Not a bit dry, saulecker and I did not even taste the difference, to normal meatballs.)

ingredients

  • 700 g of organic minced meat (half and half)
  • 1 large onion (roughly chopped)
  • I gave 3 small, whisked eggs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 well-intentioned shot of Worcestershire
  • about 1 teaspoon of pepper rosenscharf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

All together, and finally, to bind just a few tablespoons of "gluten-free breadcrumbs" with quantities. (The mixture should be firm and slightly sticky.) If it is too soft, just add a little more breadcrumbs - too firm, more egg.) In general, it is advisable to proceed with egg rather sparingly. After all, our meatballs are supposed to be juicy and crispy on the outside.

Then heat a pan with oil, when bubbles form, the pan is hot enough. Now make meatballs. (For me, it was rather small "meat / meat balls" rolled by hand small.)


I generally prefer these little meatballs

A) Meatballs are powerful, cram fast, with the small ones you can certainly feed it less quickly,

B) they are finished faster / fried


C) in my opinion also juicier. Why!? - Just by the shorter roast time.

Additional tip

If you still have gherkins / cucumbers from the jar, you can also add some cucumber (finely chopped if he likes) or even give a small shot of the cucumber water. This makes the mini meatballs even spicier / spicier.

It is also important ... do not leave the balls in the pan. In case of doubt, simply put one on with a fork and see if it's really cooked.

The little balls have just survived with me in the fridge for 2 days! - Not because they were bad afterwards !? - No, but because I, as a finger food, always had a snack in between ...

There are also sometimes 700 g of minced meat quickly nothing.
