Goose fat homemade as a spread

Goose fat tastes delicious as a spread.

Ingredients:

Gänseflomen
Schweineflomen
1 onion
1 apple (Boskop)
some pepper (white)


The amount of onion and apple pieces depends on the amount of flavors.

2/3 gooseflies with just under 1/3 Schweinflomen together slowly in a saucepan.

Cut a few leftover slices into small pieces.


Cut the onion and the apple into very small pieces (do not put the onion in a crusher, otherwise it will splash)

Add both, together with the greaves in the omitted fat. Let it boil up.

A pinch of white pepper.

Using a ladle, pour the liquid lard into refractory containers. When it has cooled, put in the fridge.

As a spread with salt drüberstrereut simply delicious.
