Goulash with beer

Take 1 kg of pork, which is cut into cubes (like goulash). Then you put this in a roasting pan. Then come 2 onions and 2 garlic cloves, cut into cubes. You mix a bottle of beer with a glass of medium mustard and pour it over the meat. Cover it and put it in the fridge. For about 24 hours. After these 24 hours, the whole thing comes in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 hours. Then cover, a large glass of mushrooms and a cup of whipped cream over it and brew for another 1 hour. This tastes baguette.
