If once again there is no desire for big cooking, but big hunger, there is only one thing to do, porridge. It's easy, it tastes really delicious and Mum has made it more often for breakfast.

ingredients

  • Oatmeal, about 2-3 cups. Have never weighed, so who wants to complain so can do this yourself and add the values
  • 1 L of milk - who likes or tolerates nothing else, just takes some from rice or soy
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, or something more, the sweeter the better
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg and anise. (as a powder) Or other "biscuit spices" that you have there. I like to add some vanilla, or ginger
  • butter

preparation

First, bring the milk to a boil. That should be the only serious - because no matter how - milk likes to burn. Once it boils, turn down to low heat and pure the flakes. Now stir, stir and stir again.

When the whole thing gets thicker, the spices turn to it. Do not be frugal, and if any of the above-mentioned stuff is not your case, it does not even matter - just spice-free it should not be.

Now spread the warm porridge on two deep plates and a good sting of butter. Do not be frugal - if you pay constant attention to calories - that's wrong with this recipe. Saving calories and feasting from time to time are like fire and water for me.
