Grünkern meatballs

ingredients
- 200 g of green corn meal
- 1/2 l broth
- 1 big onion
- 1-2 eggs
- 50 g of oatmeal
- 1 tbsp. Oregano
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Parmesan (not the one from the bag, but fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Sesame seeds
- oil
preparation
- Dice onions (without peel) and sauté, add stock and grated green corn and bring to a boil, allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add eggs, oatmeal and the spices, as well as the parmesan (be careful if it is still too hot, do not burn your fingers).
- From the mass form meatballs and turn into sesame.
- Fry the meatballs in oil for about 3-4 minutes from each side. Do not turn around too soon, otherwise they will break.
Ironically, the children love the meatballs.
