Grandma's apple pies
First, you need:
1kg of apples (cut into small pieces and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon) and set aside.
Make a kneading dough from these ingredients:
500g boiled potatoes (crushed for purée)
500g flour
4 eggs
250g sugar
125g butter or margarine
2 Pa. baking powder
1 pa. vanilla sugar
Roll out the dough, trim the squares, add the apples and fold the dough. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with milk and egg and bake at 180 degrees in the oven and to the desired browning.
P.S .: Although it might sound strange because of the potatoes, but these are the ones that make for a great and unique taste!
