Grandma's mini buttermilk pancakes

This delicious mini buttermilk pancake recipe I have from my grandmother. Since she never weighs when baking, I have unfortunately given no gram numbers here. Nevertheless, they always succeed and are made quickly.

ingredients

  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 1/5 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 level tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 glass of oil (also less)
  • 1/2 glass of buttermilk
  • so much milk until the dough is liquid, about half a glass

preparation

  1. Mix flour with baking powder, salt and sugar. Make butter liquid.
  2. Mix the milk, buttermilk, oil and eggs and add to the flour mixture.
  3. Add milk until the dough is more fluid and stir well.
  4. Lightly oil a coated pan and let it heat up.
  5. Using a spoon or trowel, place the dough in portions into the pan according to your desired size and bake from both sides.

You can also mix the dough with blueberries or pieces of apple.
