Grate "normal" kohlrabi or "blue bacon" (special type of kohlrabi, stronger in the taste).

Roast 1 onion in oil or fat until glassy, ​​add the grated kohlrabis. Add a little salt, then stir in the soup and other onions, and the taste will increase! Instead of soup vegetables you can also take Saxon herb pot, then be very careful with the salt.

Add a little water, do not let it burn!

Season with pepper, caraway, sugar and vinegar to taste.
