Grape jelly from blue Macedonian grapes

From an acquaintance I got unexpectedly 2 kg of blue grapes (Macedonian) as a gift. Well, very tasty, but unfortunately with thick kernels and therefore spurned by my family. What to do? Very easily:

  1. Carefully wash and peel 2 kg of grapes (a few stalks will not hurt).
