Grape jelly from blue Macedonian grapes

From an acquaintance I got unexpectedly 2 kg of blue grapes (Macedonian) as a gift. Well, very tasty, but unfortunately with thick kernels and therefore spurned by my family. What to do? Very easily:

- Carefully wash and peel 2 kg of grapes (a few stalks will not hurt).
- Then bring to a boil in a saucepan. Brush through a hair sieve (the more often, the clearer).
- Measure the juice and boil 1: 1 with gelling sugar for 4 minutes (longer if necessary).
- Make gelling sample and fill into screw jars. Finished.
Insanely delicious on breakfast sandwiches.
And as a tip by the way:
Only boiled briefly, so not gellable or with normal sugar, it results in a kind of syrup, which is filled with mineral water is very refreshing.
