ingredients
- 4 schnitzel (turkey, pork) or meatballs (500gr minced meat, salt, pepper)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 packet of soup powder of your choice (onion soup, tomato soup Toscana, mushroom soup .... best of Maggi ...)
preparation
Place schnitzel in a baking dish next to each other.
Mix sour cream, cream and soup powder together and pour over the schnitzel. Then baked in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for approx. 30 min. This fits rice or pasta.
tip: if you decide for the tomato soup: mozzarella on it - tastes great!
