Great bra but broken hanger

I have quite expensive bras and since I live abroad and usually has to take everything from Germany, it annoys me tremendously if after a while break the hanger. (For the expensive ones they last longer, I noticed, but still they break sometime.)

I do not throw them away immediately, but buy bra braces in my cup size, (usually 2-packs, I always have a supply at home) then make a small cut in the ironing bar, pull out the smaller part and then push the new bar purely. The lower part in the bra is then reinforced and I sew the cut again.

So my bra is like new again.
