  • 1/2 pck of baking powder

  • Juice from a lemon

preparation

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy.
  2. Add the eggs and stir well.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix slowly with the rest of the dough.
  4. Squeeze out the lemon and add the juice and aroma.
  5. Put the dough in a box mold and bake at 175 ° and circulating air for about 50 minutes.
