Greek cheese cream

Ingredients for 4 persons:

250g sheep's cheese
2 onions
200g soft butter
3 cloves of garlic
4 sesame seeds
pepper

Preparation:


Crush the sheep's cheese with a fork, finely chop the onions. Puree butter, crushed garlic cloves and crushed sheep's cheese with a blender or in a food processor. Season the cream with pepper. Add the onion cube and fill in a bowl.

Fry sesame seeds in a non-fat pan over a low heat while stirring and allow to cool. Then spread on the cream and chill.

Before serving, however, take it out of the fridge in good time so that the cream can be spread.

Tasty with flatbread, olives and peasant salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, red beans, etc.)
