Green bean stew in Granny's style for 4-6 people

Green bean stew

  1. Pork 500 g in a large water-filled pot, to a small onion separate and bring to a boil.
  2. For fresh beans, give them already (since they take a long time to soften).
  3. Add salt and plenty of savory.
  4. Then take about 10 normal sized potatoes. Peel and dice. After about half an hour of cooking, add the potato pieces.
  5. Add a teaspoon of beef broth and a little pepper. A glass of beef broth with beef pieces also helps to add flavor.
  6. Continue cooking until everything is cooked soft.
  7. Then you give something brandy. Season again with all the spices and some vinegar. Finished!

Roux: Whisk a quarter of butter in a saucepan until it is a bit dark brown. Add flour while stirring until a slightly creamy porridge is formed. This is then added with constant stirring in the still-boiling pot.
