Green bean stew
- Pork 500 g in a large water-filled pot, to a small onion separate and bring to a boil.
- For fresh beans, give them already (since they take a long time to soften).
- Add salt and plenty of savory.
- Then take about 10 normal sized potatoes. Peel and dice. After about half an hour of cooking, add the potato pieces.
- Add a teaspoon of beef broth and a little pepper. A glass of beef broth with beef pieces also helps to add flavor.
- Continue cooking until everything is cooked soft.
- Then you give something brandy. Season again with all the spices and some vinegar. Finished!
Roux: Whisk a quarter of butter in a saucepan until it is a bit dark brown. Add flour while stirring until a slightly creamy porridge is formed. This is then added with constant stirring in the still-boiling pot.
