Green bean stew (vegan)

ingredients

  • about 500 g of beans
  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1 bunch of birch trees
  • 1 liter of water, vegetable broth, savory, salt & pepper

preparation

Clean and cut beans. Wash and dice potatoes, greens and dices. Briefly sauté in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper and savory and add water. 1-3 teaspoons vegetable broth (Plv.) Or 2 cubes. Cooking, done.

Simple, tasty, light and vegetarian.
