Green tea with fresh lemon and ginger
Green tea with fresh lemon and ginger - for fat burning & well-being: warm up - feel good - enjoy - little break.
In winter and on other cool days, I prefer to heat up with tea at home. Since the beginning of December I mainly drink green tea. Preferably with extra thick slices of fresh lemon and some ginger.
The tea then cools down in a carafe and it continues to taste super fresh and delicious, so you can enjoy the tea on warm days.
I think Tip: On warm days I prepare my tea in the evening and put it cool overnight, to start the morning refreshed with my own delicious ice tea.
Super side effect: It not only smells wonderful by the fresh lemon in the apartment, but also has a positive side effect on my well-being:
- The metabolism is stimulated and accelerates fat burning
- better skin - my impurities have become much better
