Making semolina porridge is not difficult. And here are some recipes - but I would like to tell you how I make my semolina pudding. Maybe it helps someone.


  1. For 500 ml of milk I take 50 g semolina (common wheat), ie 10 g per 100 ml. You can expand that as you like.
  2. The milk is heated in the pot and I add sugar immediately, then the milk does not burn so easily. But you can also leave that out.
  3. When the milk boils, add the semolina and cook with stirring. I take the pot from the stove as soon as the semolina porridge becomes a little thick. Then I cover the pot and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Then he is done.

This is what I do because I can do other things while I am there: if there is the porridge for breakfast, I wash my hair for so long, etc. When I'm done, the porridge is ready too. And if he is not on the stove, nothing can burn.
