Grill asparagus
Grilling asparagus is super easy, and THE tasty side dish for grilling.
ingredients
- 1 handful of asparagus (per packet)
- Herb butter
- Aluminum foil (NO do not eat :-))
preparation
- A handful of fresh (important) asparagus (so 6-10 bars, depending on the thickness - so much that you can still cover the whole thing) brush and peel.
- Then pack the asparagus with plenty of herb butter in aluminum foil to a tight packet and then from the beginning with the grill.
- After about 10 minutes, the asparagus is still with a bite, if you prefer it like a lollipop, just leave it longer. If the amount is bigger, then too.
- Make sure that the aluminum foil is tightly wrapped so that nothing runs out.
- Experiments with asparagus from the glass / tin and garlic or barbecue butter have turned out to be not really delicious ...
