Grilled marshmallows (also without campfire)

Even at the risk that again 100 people write "we already know", I post this tip - for those who do NOT know him yet :-) (my mother did not know, for example * g *)

What tastes delicious are grilled marshmallows. The best way to do it is around a campfire or over a charcoal grill - Marshmallow on floor or similar. spit and roast. Alternatively, you can simply masticate the marshmallows on a long skewer, fondue fork, chopsticks (etc ...) and hold over a full heat stove (we have a glass ceramic field, I do not know if it is with others, but would have to).

Caution is advised: if it roasts too much at one point it will be inedible. It's best to turn it steadily and then wait until it has a caramel tint. The marshmallow will then be a lot bigger.

Then carefully peel off and enjoy. The outside is crispy and liquid inside. But be careful, the liquid marshmallow is damn hot!
