Grillfleischreste - make a delicious salad out of it!
Everyone knows that: you grill, whether with friends or family, and in the end there are always 2-3 ready grilled steaks or sausages left over. It does not taste cold, reheated somehow neither. I always make a delicious salad from the leftovers! You need the following:
- of course finished grilled (never mind, everything works)
- 1 small tin of mushrooms
- 1 small tin of kidney beans
- 1 small tin of corn
- 1 fresh pepper
- 1/2 half lemon
- a little olive oil, salt, pepper
Cut the meat into thin strips, drain the contents of the cans, cut the peppers into small pieces. Express the lemon, make a dressing with olive oil and salt + pepper. Mix everything up. Tastes great!
