Gyros in puff pastry

ingredients for 4 persons

  • 500 g of gyros
  • 2 packs of puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 egg yolk

preparation

Thaw the puff pastry and roll out. Put on the puff pastry the raw gyros. As a bag fold the puff pastry, make sure the gyros are well packed. Coat the pockets with egg yolk and place on a baking sheet (lay out baking tray with parchment paper).
