Hack in bread dough and bread

Hack in bread dough and bread = make one out of two.

I bought that several years ago in the swimming pool as a snack under the name "Cossack bread" and then never found anywhere. Now improvised and that's maybe worth a try:

It takes four servings:

500 g minced meat prepared as a meatball (season)
1 bread mix (1000 g for two loaves)

Make everything as indicated, let dough go. Split the minced meat into four portions.

Divide the dough in half. From the half bake a normal bread.

Divide the other half into four parts. Embed one Hackviertel in one bread district and seal well. Bake everything together in the oven after the baking time / temperature for the bread. At the end of the baking period check more often and remove the meatloafs by eye.

Sense of the whole is that you get a handy portion (not a large wrapped roast, which you then cut into slices with the batter). I could well imagine taking the whole thing for a picnic on the road. It also tastes cold very well. Everything was cleaned up so fast that it could not get cold anymore ...
