Haferflockenmakronen

200 g of oatmeal
50 g butter
1 egg
100 g of sugar
1 pck of vanilla sugar
the rubbed off of half a lemon
3-4 tbsp milk
1 grated tsp baking powder

Lightly brown the oatmeal with the butter and allow to cool. Whisk the egg and sugar until frothy, stir in the vanilla sugar, the lemon grated and, alternately, some milk and the oatmeal mixed with the baking powder. The dough should not be too soft. Place a small pile on a baking tray lined with baking paper with a teaspoon and bake in a preheated oven at 210 ° C for approx. 15 min.
