Hallux valgus: run better by pretending false facts

How do I describe this tip, which applies only to a few, for this group of people but quite helpful and THE solution can be? Run better by pretending false facts expresses it!

First of all, the history:

I have marked hallux valgus on the left foot, hammertoes with extreme malalignment and painful pressure points, as well as corns under two toenails unattainable even by podiatrists.

It looks just as scary (I think it's disgusting) as it sounds, and it's also extremely painful.

Running has been torture in recent months:

In order to somehow get into shoes, which I have long had to buy 2-3 shoe sizes bigger, so that the third strongly elongated toe ever find a place, I had to constantly glue together three toes with tape. As a result, the bones were compressed under the foot, the foot could not roll off and running after a few steps was no longer possible. Often short trips ended in unbearable pain and tears of tears and had to be stopped.

For information, I have to say that I can not undergo surgery at the moment and spinal anesthesia is currently out of the question.

For a local anesthetic the operation is too extensive.

So I had to come up with a solution that would allow me to move fairly painlessly.

It makes sense to have orthopedic shoes made. I have had that done twice too; However, the shoes are so bulky due to the extreme size (43 by the extended third toe) and width (by the bale) that I could not make friends with it as a daily footwear. I love matching shoes to the respective clothing style, it may well be brand shoes and so came on the obvious idea:

I bought an unworn bandage shoe over the internet! (He was cheaper with 1.99 euros, as the prescription prescribed by the doctor would have been 10 euros).

The bandage shoe / plaster shoe is a soft, lightweight open shoe with various Velcro straps, in which my foot has enough space to not hurt and nowhere to hit.

The advantage of the bandage shoe and to me very important is the fact that on (still) healthy foot I can wear all the (even flat) shoes that are very close to my heart:

Chucks, Billy Bi`s, Uggs, Guess, Buffalos etc. I do not have that much choice in the current shoe size because of the deformation anyway, and in the past I already had a hard time separating myself from a big, high heeled and colorful shoe collection ,

The height of the soles, often thick or light platform soles, are similar in height.

I would not have been able to use a custom-made orthopedic shoe as a single shoe, because the heel height differs from that of the shoe type:

A bandage shoe immediately shows its task; wearing an orthopedic shoe, I would give the impression of not having found the other sneaker for that foot in the morning; o)

Finally, I have no more pain and feel attracted even with only one shoe of my choice fashion and less? Disabled ?, which is absolutely no blemish, but I just went to the bottom because of my shoe stick. If I have to do without shoes with a heel, I would like to be able to enjoy at least my flat shoes.

I would not lack self-esteem to wear health shoes, but I feel more comfortable in fashionable, even sporty-flat shoes, and I enjoy wearing the right shoe for every outfit. For that I like to cut corners and have only one shoe my joy.

Many companies have specialized in problem shoes with fashionable shoes:

With my quadrangular? Feet I'm out of the running even at well-known shoe suppliers: soft high-quality leather does not do me any good - so I plead for freedom for the long toe! ;O))
