Harz cheese bread: hearty snack

A hearty Harzer cheese bread that tastes very delicious for dinner and also as a break bread, is also healthy and rich in protein.
ingredients
- 1 roll of Harz cheese
- a spring onion
- 2 slices of dark bread (wholemeal bread)
- Radish or radish
- mustard
- Honey (I had honey mustard available))
preparation
- Slice the Harz cheese.
- Likewise the radishes or the radish.
- Cut the spring onions into fine rings.
- Mix a quantity of honey with the slices of mustard with mustard 1: 1.
- Coat the slices of bread with the mustard-honey mixture thickly.
- Put the sliced cheese slices on the bread.
- Cover with radish / radish slices and spring onions.
- Put on the second slice of bread and squeeze well.
Such break breads can also be wrapped very well in a large slice of iceberg lettuce and fixed with toothpicks.
They stay crunchy fresh for hours.
The lettuce leaf should be eaten as an additional vitamin intake.
