Healthiest drink in the world - Ayran / Lassi

In summer, the Indians and Turks swear stone and leg on it: Lassi, or Ayran, a kind of oriental buttermilk.

For European palates, perhaps at first unusual but all the healthier and at the same time tasty and refreshing in the heat of the day.


And yet, this delicacy is so easy to prepare:

Take 500 g of high-quality, semi-solid yoghurt with refrigerator temperature and pour 500 ml of fresh mineral water (without carbon dioxide!).

Add only one to two heaped teaspoons of high-quality salt (for example, Sel marin from the Breton Guérande or Fleur de Sel) and then mix everything with the beater attachment until the drink on the surface becomes frothy. Mmmmmh (just not Mülllllerrrrrrr).

Tip:

instead of salt you can also take mango juice or rose water.
