  • 5 - 6 diced potatoes
  • 3 colorful peppers
  • vegetable soup
  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 L chicken broth (Instand)

preparation

  1. Dice the casserole and sauté, add onions and leave to stew.
  2. Now add the greens, fill with chicken broth, season with salt, pepper and paprika and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the diced potatoes and the beans and cook for about 15 minutes, then add the sliced ​​pepper strips. Boil it all for another 20 minutes.
  4. Finally, puree the tomatoes and fold in, season with cayenne pepper.

It will be about 6 servings. We like to eat stew for 2 days and if possible, I freeze one more portion. The work pays off. The quantity can also be varied to taste. If you do not like tomatoes, you can omit them. We like the soup fruity with tomato.
