Hearty noodle casserole with ham

Ingredients for the noodle casserole
- 250 g spiral noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- pinch of salt
- 200 g of donated cheese (for example Edam)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 teaspoons margarine to grease the baking dish
- 200 g cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 30 g of margarine
preparation
- Cook the noodles in plenty of water with oil and salt until firm, then quench with cold water.
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Cut the ham into short strips and fold under the noodles.
- Grease the baking dish, pour in the pasta-ham mixture.
- Whisk the cream with eggs and flour, stir in the chives, 125g of the finely ground cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour the mass over the noodles.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the mixture and add the breadcrumbs.
- Put the margarine on top as a little flake and then bake in the oven on a medium rack for about 20-30 minutes.
