Hearty Oatmeal Cookies (Whole Food Cookies)

Ingredients: (for 30 pieces)

130 g butter, 100 g honey, 1 pe. Vanilla sugar, 60 g wholemeal wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 60 g ground hazelnut kernels, 60 g ground or chopped almonds, 1 pinch salt, 150 g hearty oatmeal


Preparation:
Mix butter (no margarine!) And liquid honey. Gradually add the other ingredients and knead everything together. Refrigerate for an hour in the fridge. Then form a heap with two teaspoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Baking time: approx. 10-15 minutes at approx. 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) in the preheated oven

Important tip: Do not use margarine, otherwise the cookies may leak.
