ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of fenugreek dried and ground
- 150 g natural yoghurt 10%
- 100 g mayonnaise
- a bit of salt
- Lemon juice to taste
- chopped fresh herbs (parsley, lovage, chives and dill)
preparation
Gently combine all ingredients and stir. Immediately enjoy.
Add to grilled meat, fish, meatballs or just a fine bread.
