Hiding heating pipes on walls
We have an old house and copper plumbing / heating pipes running from the ceiling to the floor. My husband came up with the idea to dress these heating pipes by means of empty carpet rolls from the hardware store.
These empty carpet rolls are made of cardboard. The cardboard rolls were cut in half using a circular saw. This can also be done at the carpenter so that it looks clean. Next you adapt them to the pipes. You can wallpaper or paint the cardboard rolls first.
These rolls can also simply be applied to the decoration of corners, even in the middle of the room or on the wall - that gives a nice, mediterranean flair.
